+ Good value for money + Direct access to the thermal bath + Lots of entertainment options (pool, foosball, ping-pong, darts, electronic entertainment systems) + Nice view from the rooms + Friendly staff

- Pretty old/out-dated rooms and building - Bad sound proofing, you will wake up early even if you don't want to - Even though they try, the dinner options are very much one sided. Meaty, fatty, deep fried or with eggs or dairy. If you are vegan or just simply trying to eat more healthy, don't even try.

Food was great, breakfast and dinner

The location is great! The hotel is kind of old fashion but very clean, the staff is very helpfull and ready to offer you a good experience. Even if the furniture is old, the matress and the sheets were clean and allergen free (that is my final test in a hotel 😅). On the ground floor they have a very big playroom for kids also a playgroundin front of the hotel. The restaurant was huge and the quality of the food was higher than we expected, great variety, fresh, kids friendly and even many options for vegetarian preferences.

A little upgrade on the bathroom doors would be nice 😘

Everything was perfect: dining (breakfast and dinner), you can easily reach the thermsl spa of Zalakaros via subway under the road. Each room has a balcony, if you are lucky, you get a room with a view to the hills. You can bring your pet with you.
