"Comfortable accommodation close to San Gimignano"

Clean, comfortable rooms with a very comfortable bed in a great location

Amenities were limited, and the outdoor seating area lacked comfort. Activities also felt overpriced (we didn't try any of them, so cannot comment on the quality of these)

Beautiful and cozy, lovely room and property. Amazing grounds.

Only thing I would have changed is I would have stayed longer!!! Did not have time to sit and enjoy the scenery.

Francesca and Clio were incredibly welcoming and warm hosts, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless, very well maintained, and smelled wonderful. Breakfast served in the park area was a highlight of our stay, with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. The location is peaceful and perfect for a quiet getaway. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
