Villa Angela

The hotel is in an idyllic setting and the staff were friendly. However, there was no restaurant service in the evening which was not expected. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We absolutely LOVED Villa Angela! Everything was perfect and the staff was so friendly and helpful! It was like checking into a luxury hotel yet being taken care of by family! It was so wonderful!

excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Small hotel but one of its many charms. Great location near enough town but far enough away to relax. Frequent shuttle service to town for small weekly charge 20 euros. A number of guests we met had been return visitors which is a testament in itself as to quality of hotel. One slight drawback no coffee/tea making facilities in room but minor inconvenience. Will hopefully return next year.

All round fantastic, we were on a 40th birthday break for 3nights (children with grandparents) and this hotel was exactly what we were looking for, no children/noise/18-30's! Its on a steep hill, but the views are amazing. The hotel provides a shuttle bus all day and into the evening down and back from the village below (4min drive), 20euros each for a week, 10euros for 3/4days. Good breakfast, beds very comfy, its a traditional style Sicilian hotel and nothing negative at all to say! Free parking (we choose to self drive from airport as easy, you need 1.70Euro per way for the toll, the Sicilians don't like to hang around, so to have to be a confident driver esp going up the mountain roads!) 1st class restaurant 5min walk up the hill from this hotel, make sure to go there - ok prices, great food and perfect views but book the day before as it gets busy. Loads of smalls shops/bars/restaurants in the village below with pianists playing in the squares whilst you have a drink.

Villa Angela is the perfect place to stay when visiting Toarmina!! Our room faced Mount Etna... Beautiful! Beautiful! Beautiful! The hotel staff were very hospitable, kind, and knowledge about the area...

Welcoming and peaceful

Good hotel but a very long steep walk to and from Taormina.

Villa Angela was a perfect location for my wife and I. The hotel staff, especially Ada, was very courteous and helpful. Views from the hotel are beautiful! The hotel shuttle was very punctual, efficient, and it dropped you off in the center in minutes. Pool was also very clean and enjoyable. Would certainly recommend this hotel to travelers to Taormina!

Very friendly staff headed by the delightful Charlie and his very polite and helpful team. I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful pretty little Hotel to anyone looking to visit the beautiful Town of Toarmina and the surrounding area. I enjoyed the ample choice of Breakfast options on offer, and also the authentic and delicious Lunch and Dinner Menus.
