Chateau Cortebotte was truly amazing. A very short drive to the historic wine city of Saint Emilion and many other chateau of the region. She does a Wednesday night dinner at the Chateau that we highly recommend as Isabelle is an amazing cook. We could have spent another week just hanging out and taking little adventures. Can't wait to return

An ideal location for visiting Saint Emilion and the local vineyards. We had a very comfortable and quite room, and an amazing breakfast! The Chateau has been renovated to a wonderful standard, with beautiful decor. Isabelle, the host, went above and beyond with helping to book a fantastic restaurant for us, storing our bicycles overnight, and offering us a room over-looking the river (an upgrade on what we had originally booked). A little gift of home-cooked French cakes when we left was a lovely touch. We’ll definitely be recommending Château de Courtebotte to friends and family.

Excellent stay, lovely place and lovely, helpful owner. Decor is a tasteful, interesting mix of old and modern, breakfast was delicious and the room was spotless and very pretty. We hope to go back and stay here again!

Chateau is gorgeous and less than 10 minutes from St Emillion. Rooms are spacious and beautiful. Lots of beautiful common rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. You really get pampered on your stay and get great recommendations on what to do and where to eat.

Spotless comfortable accommodation, superb breakfasts, quiet location and comfortable beds for a great nights sleep. The owner, Isabelle and her team do everything possible to make your stay as good as possible. I am a disabled wheelchair user and Isabelle ensured that our self catering accommodation was suitable for me. She offered to have had our breakfast brought over to us but we elected to take it in the beautiful old Chateau. We were there for 4 days and we will be going back for a longer stay.

The Chateau Courtabotte is the most amazing place that I have had the pleasure to visit. The rooms are extraordinary and the views of the Dordonge River is breathtaking. The hospitality of our hosts was very warm and friendly and attentive to meet our needs. The breakfast was exquisite with a beautiful spread including cooked eggs, a variety of fruits and juices, yogurt, croissants, cakes and homemade jams. I give the highest recommendation for you to stay at this lovely chateau and be sure to visit Bonhoste Winery.

Stayed at this property one night after a weekend in Bordeaux in mid January. It was fantastic! Isabelle, the owner, went above and beyond in her service, arranging a tour and wine tasting on our behalf and making reservations at a great local restaurant . Her breakfast service was also fresh, simple and delicious. The chateau has been beautifully restored and maintained. The guest room where we stayed had a 5 star quality to it with great amenities. Our only regret was that we were there in January and not in late spring or summer to be able to truly enjoy everything this hotel had to offer. The setting is beautifully peaceful and a great base from which to tour the local wine region. This is an outstanding place to stay and recommend it highly.

Absolutely outstanding place. Isabelle is a magnificent host and could not assist us enough. Fantastic location, great facilities and Isabelle assists with recommendations about the local area. One of the best places I have stayed in a long time
