Split Apartments Peric

Modelo airbnb (que até então não tinha experimentado e tinha muito receio), mas que surpreendeu positivamente. Os anfitriões moram no mesmo prédio e nos receberam em seu apartamento. Uns fofos! O nosso apartamento era muito bom, simples, amplo, arejado, com sacada, em rua tranquila, longe da badalação da cidade, mas perto até a pé. Todos os utensílios e equipamentos domésticos simples, mas que atenderam bem nossas necessidades.

Não só para este caso especificamente, mas para todas as acomodações em geral na Europa, deveriam avisar que não há elevador no prédio. É sempre um choque chegar com malas e ter de subir três, até quatro andares, de escada. Brasileiros não sabem o que é isso.

Apartament curat, relativ aproape de centru. Comunicare excelentă cu gazda. Destul de greu de găsit loc de parcare, dar gazda te poate ajuta in privința asta.

Our host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very spacious, clean and well-equipped, and was pretty close to a grocery store and a reasonable walk to the old town and the promenade. We walked at night and felt safe. We were very happy with our accommodations.

Everything was perfekt if you want a cheap alternativ to good city life. Great distans to old town and the city beach.

The location to the shops and old town was great - within walking distance. Archeological museum a block away. Carrying suitcases up 5 flights was difficult.

Had a bit of difficulty in finding at first but was shown by locals. Met the owner when arrived showed us around and answered questions. The internet was very poor and the TV had only one local station. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony had the sun on all day. It was very central for the Old town and the bus station is a 10 min walk. We used it to go to Trogir €4 each and Stobrec €2. It was ideal for the Airport €3. There was a park a street down. There are ATM all over but most charge. The bank ATMs are nearby and are free.

I've just returned from a weeks stay at the Peric Apartments. I'd like to start with saying the host of the apartment was extremely friendly and welcoming and was very helpful with helping us with our cases. There was some confusion with what apartment I'd booked. Love holidays showed photos of a different apartment to the one I had booked in which our apartment does not feature on the website. The photos showed a more modern apartment than the one we were placed in and the advertising was quite miss leading. The apartment was clean and tidy and very quiet. The apartment is about a 15min walk from the tourist spot and the main promenade whilst walking and a 5 min taxi ride which costs about 4.80 UK pounds if using Uber but 25 if using a normal taxi so be careful with taxis! The single room was very small and again this wasn't advertised whilst booking but this was clean and tidy and did the job. We had a pleasant stay at the apartments and the apartment had everything you could need for your stay. Be aware when booking with love holidays as you may not get the apartment advertised apart from that we had a pleasant stay. The apartment we stayed in could be a bit more modernised but again everything worked and was clean.
