Split Apartments Peric

We loved staying here. The place was large and comfortable, with a nice sunny balcony. The host was super friendly and welcoming. We stayed here for four nights while exploring Split, before our yacht charter. The host provided early check-out and allowed us to store our luggage on the last day while we explored the town. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Split.

Location was excellent! The host provided us with a city map and sightseeing advice, both of which were very helpful. Apt was very clean. Felt very safe (thanks to three locked doors to get through before entering apt).

The listing had stated airport transfer could be arranged for 28 euros, but we were notified we would have to arrange our own transportation (which cost considerably more). We had also looked forward to sitting on the balcony but the view wasn’t conducive to that.

A lovely apartment with all amenities! Good service, and hospitality. Good price, and only 8-10 min walk to the sea and many restaurants.. i can really recommend this apartment. Supermarkets near by. +++++++++++++++++++++++

We were here for almost 2 months, this was our first time in Split, and thanks for Josip to support us in terms of all questions which we had (car service, sightseeing, etc). Apartment is located in the great, not loud place, easy to find a free parking near. Apartment has all the necessary thing to feel comfortable and just like at home. We will definitely visit Josip and make a reservation again in the future. Maksym and Oksana, Ukraine.

Wonderful spacious Apartment. Everything you need even Washing machine. Great AC. Close in location. Great host downstairs. Be sure Uber takes you right to door, one-way streets can make it tricky for cars. Don’t be put off by graffiti in area, it’s everywhere in Split including good neighborhoods like this one. I’d love to stay here again!

Super close to the center, great customer service and super clean! Highly recommended and will definitely come back! The apartment is fully equipped, nice and clean bathroom and the air conditioning was working great! I’ll be back!😊

All excellent. Spotlessly clean and great location. Less than a 5 minute walk to the start of the main shopping area and 10 minutes to the Palace and promenade. Arranged collection from the airport from the host and he kindly took us back. Highly recommended for a stay in the centre of Split but away from the busiest area. Would stay again.

the apartment was perfect for our visit near all amenities for buses boat trips and walking. The owners were very welcoming and helpful with information on restaurants to eat and different places to visit.
