Split Apartments Peric

Nice location away from the hustle of the Old Town/Diocletian Palace, but an easy 10 minute walk. We had an apartment with a porch overlooking the nun's residence across the street. Apartment is clean, but decor could be updated. Full kitchen. Apartment had washing machine, but we did not use it. Josip is a wonderful host; it was a pleasure to deal with him and get to know him. A good value. Highly recommend.

We spent 2 nights here and enjoyed the easy walk to old town, the comfortable apartment and bed, and conversations with Josip. He welcomed us upon arrival with information about sights and how to get around Split.

The apartment is situated in an ideal location. The old town is a 10 min walk away. There's also a bus stop/station which is an 8 min walk and services bus 37 from the airport (there is a quicker & more direct service to the harbour). The apartment is studio style, exceptionally clean and has everything you need. The only slight negative was the Wi-Fi was unreliable, it kept disconnecting but not a major problem. Josif (the owner) was wonderful, waiting for us to arrive after a delayed flight and nothing seemed too much trouble. Would thoroughly recommend.

Josip is the best host you can think of. Greeted us late at night. Invited us to his apartment for lots of tips about the city. The apartment was fully equipped, spacious and clean. The wash machine (laundry) was a nice unexpected amenity. Walking distance to the old town and marina. Perfect spot !

Josip is an outstanding host. The room was impeccable and all amenities in perfect conditions. Nice shower and restroom.

Fantastic location and extremely friendly owners of the apartments, couldn’t do enough for us. Everything you could need in the apartment including a washing machine. Would definitely return.

We stayed in Split for 4 days and it was super nice. The kitchen has more than everything you need, the bed is big and comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We really enjoyed coming back after a long day of strolling around near the harbour. The Apartment is close to a shopping mall, the palace (worth a visit) and some awesome bakeries. We definitly come back here when we want to visit Split again!! Jessie and Anna (both 20):)
