Split Apartments Peric

The stay was very pleasant. The property is conveniently located within walking distance to the historic part of Split. Street parking was available and free near the property. The host was very helpful and the apartment was fully equipped. The only draw back was the lack of an elevator making it a bit inconvenient to bring luggage to the apartment.

Great location and wonderful host. Easy to walk into Split, Josip gave us great restaurants that were more local than touristy. Split can be very crowded at times when the cruise ships are in port. Plenty to see and do while in Split.

The owners were very welcoming and helpful. I was delighted to have more accommodation than I had expected: a second bedroom, which was a real bonus. The location was excellent, an easy walk from the town centre and with a supermarket, a baker and cash machines nearby.

We stayed for 3 nights in one of the apartments that Josip owns and manages. The apartment was very conveniently located to walk all over the city. We found free parking on the same street as the apartment and never even moved the car as we walked everywhere. Josip welcomed us warmly with a taste of a local liquor, and gave us wonderful recommendations for the nearest grocery store, restaurants close by, and sights to see. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our breakfasts, and the surprise bonus was a washing machine! It was really great to not have to waste time in a laundromat during our trip and everything dried overnight by hanging. The a/c worked very well, and the bed was comfortable as well. We would absolutely stay here again.

This apartment was perfect and the proprietors are wonderful people. First, Adriana collected us at the airport; excellent service as she is native Split, well-travelled, speaks excellent English, and oriented us to the city before depositing us at the apart-hotel doorstep. Next, Josip welcomed us to his building and our accommodation. He was also a fountain of knowledge, suggesting various points of interest to us on the city map and how to best get there. The apartment is super clean, quiet, close to Old City, and well appointed, with a washing machine in the bath and a dry rack on the balcony, which was perfect as we needed it during our stay. Josip was so kind, having us in to enjoy the local drink Orahovic (also excellent!) when we came the next day to pay him. It was truly lovely to stay in a family run apart- hotel on our first visit to Split and we highly recommend it to you. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our host was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment was situated in a residential apartment block a short walk from the centre of Split, it was a quiet location. The decor/ furniture was quite dated within the apartment, although it was very spacious. There was air conditioning, ever this was only in the living area and not in the bedroom so wasn't particularly helpful! The bedroom didn't have any windows that opened so we didn't sleep well as it it was so warm. We had a great stay in Split and enjoyed visiting Hvar and Trogir.

Thank you Josip and Adriana, this apartment was perfect with balcony, lots of space, kitchen, washer, and air conditioning. The location is perfect only a 10 min walk to the water. Very affordable. Clean, quiet spot. Both Adriana and Josip were kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this apartment !

Apartments are very homely, comfy beds, quiet location, washing machine and balcony to get the washing dry a bonus. Great air con, which was very welcome with the temps being in the late 30's. Freindly and very helpful host. I was travelling with my mother and she loved sitting out on the balcony and looking out over the convent/nunnery especially listening to the singing on the Sunday morning. Location is great being a very east walk to town, supermarkets and eating places.

A quiet street 5 mins walk from the main shopping and eating areas. Brilliant host, met us late from the ferry and stored our bikes in his garage. The apartment is lovely with all the facilities including a washing machine and balcony for drying. Thank you for a great stay.
