"Tolle Lage und gutes Frühstück, jedoch etwas beengt und das Zimmer war kühl"

Sehr gute und zentrale Lage – U-Bahn und Straßenbahn befinden sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Wunderschöner Blick auf die Löwenbrücke und die gesamte Stadt. Das Frühstück wird im angrenzenden Café serviert; es ist sehr lecker, allerdings kein Buffet, sondern à la carte.

Das Zimmer war etwas kühl, da die Zentralheizung noch nicht eingeschaltet war und wir nur die Klimaanlage nutzen konnten. Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt etwas beengt; es gibt keine Gemeinschaftsräume oder ein Foyer.

Het ontbijt was erg slecht; er is geen restaurant in het hotel, alleen een café dat de service verzorgt, en gasten kunnen maar één soort eten en drinken bestellen. Het personeel was erg onbeleefd en onvriendelijk.

We had a great welcome from the receptionist as she was very helpful, The staff were pleasant, room was clean and comfortable. Location was great a short 10 minute walk to the city centre or take the tram for less than £1.00 GBP.

Breakfast was a set menu with a limited choice. The cafe is shared with the public so as a guest who has prepaid you might not get a seat. no reserved tables for guests. The public have a different menu at breakfast time. No plugs in the sink and the bath to retain the water. shower curtain was cheap no pattern and would keep the floor dry Shower head has only 1 setting poor lighting in room and corridor

* La posizione eccellente: Fermata della metro M2 fuori all' albergo e posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni principali. * La colazione buonissima. Il bar convenzionato offre una scelta ampia fra dolce e salato di alta qualità. * La doccia perfettamente funzionante 😍 * Il bollitore in camera con tè e caffè * Il personale efficiente e pronto a soddisfare qualunque richiesta.
