Review for Casa De’Miele – Do Not Stay Here ★☆☆☆☆ We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Casa De’Miele and feel obligated to warn other travelers. Communication & Check-In – Terrible For weeks before our arrival, the host messaged us repeatedly wanting to know our exact arrival time. We updated him during our travel, yet when we arrived at 4:30 PM, he completely ignored us. He did not answer the gate, did not respond to messages, and did not answer the phone. After waiting outside with no help, we were eventually let in by his elderly mother who speaks zero English and had clearly been left alone without any support. When we finally reached the host, he said he would arrive in two hours, then changed it and said he wouldn’t be there until 9 PM. There is nothing open near this property except a casino, so we had to pay to enter just to get food while we waited. Completely unacceptable. Misleading Information We knew breakfast wasn’t included, but the listing showed a kitchen, so we assumed we would at least be able to make coffee or heat up food. That was not allowed. Guests are not permitted to use the kitchen at all, which is very misleading based on the photos. Property Conditions The house had a strong, unpleasant odor as soon as we walked in. The walls are paper thin—we could clearly hear people arguing in other rooms. The beds were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable. This was not a restful or pleasant environment. Lots of little signs around room of what not to do. Tape covered toilet button so we could only use the 'small flush' button. Rude and Unprofessional Host When the host finally arrived at 9 PM, he didn’t apologize or take any responsibility. Instead, he argued with us when we told him we were frustrated by the lack of communication and the check-in chaos. He told us we could leave if we didn’t like it and he would refund us. This attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional.

Vanhat kulahtaneet huoneet, kylppärissä hometta ja mitään lisäominaisuuksia ei ollut, ei tv:tä, ei minibaaria, huoneessa ei yksinkertaisesti ollut mitään tekemistä. Kaikki oli vanhaa ja rumaa sekä kulunutta. Samalla rahalla olisi varmasti saanut paremman huoneen jostain lähistöltä.
