Casa del Miele

Service was excellent. Our host was very friendly and extremely courteous. Provided transportation to airport. Place was spotless and extremely clean and quiet. Local bus service from Train station to Casa Del Miele and to and from Venice has frequent and easy to use. I would recommend Casa Del Miele to anyone.

Room was a bit stuffy. could use a ceiling fan for better air circulation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Enrico was super helpful. The location was so close to the airport and the accomodation itself was gorgeous and very Italian. It was a lovely (very short) work stay for me, but will totally be back again.

Enrico was just the very best, welcomed us after we came in late from our flight and helped us by figuring out the bus times for the next day. The day after the even walked us to the bus stop! The room was super comfortable en big and it was so dark and quiet we slept like babies. Thank you Enrico!

Enrico was very helpful both before and during our stay. He provided transport to the airport at 4:45 am. He was kind and pleasant. The facility was old, simple and clean.

Proximity to the airport

Absolutely delightful host. He welcomed us into our room and carried our bags. He gave excellent detailed information on the ferry and bus to get to/from Venice based on what we wanted to do and at what time of day (he also had the info printed for us to take with us for the day). We really appreciated him waking up very early to take us to the airport for €25. It was 3:30am and I think he also was up before that to take another group. We stayed one night, so we could be close to the airport and get the ferry into Venice to explore for the day and then come home by bus in the night. It was perfect for that!

I think I could heard others get up in the night in the hallway, which woke me up, but I was able to fall back asleep until I had to wake up for our plane.

We were very happy with the care and kindness of the manager.

place smells really bad and the host is trying to squeeze every single cent he can. he offers transport to airport for 25 € but than comes up with some 1,40 tax ( u're paying cash ) so it's easier for u to round it up to 30 ,. Close enough to airport,so that's good, but if u have an other option, I suggest you take it

Close to airport. Comfortable room. Quiet. Good shower. Air con that actually works. Airport transfer at all times and can take bike bags (uses vw polo people carrier so don’t expect to get large bike boxes or bags in, compact is better), happy for me to build up bikes on porch, leave bags and tools, and then come back after two weeks and repeat process in reverse. Host friendly, understanding, good English, very helpful, nice guy and a gentleman.

Nothing really. He doesn’t do breakfast and no real local infrastructure excepting casino (5 euros entry) so ensure you have a snack, we rode to nearby town and got stuff there, if you’re in a car no problem.
