Hotel Falken

This hotel is located across the river from the main train station in lucerne which was very convenient to all sights around the town. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very friendly reception. Our room was fine, the only small issues we had were that the bathroom was quite smelly as in musty and then the beds were so squeeky, everytime you moved in your sleep you created a racket. We were only there for one night which was fine but i wouldnt book it for a longer stay

It's a very small room, cozy for 2 single girls. The beds were comfy, location perfect, near a grocery store & in the heart of the newer area. Very close to train! Shower is very small just like the room, which we didn't mind.

Great location to walk to all of the tourist attractions. The front desk was only open until 10 pm and when we tried to check out had to wait for 10 minutes for someone to come because I think he went out for coffee. Overall, good experience. Small room but good for the price and the good location.

Very close to train station. Just walk across the bridge, no hills to climb. Although it was just to of us, we got the room with a bunk bed. You are right there on the shopping district. Very convenient. Received discount coupon for Fondue place. It was awesome.

10 minute walk across bridge from train station, close to all the stores, city is small enough to walk around. Friendly staff, would stay there again.

It was under renovations, we felt that it was just like been at some inn not a hotel at a city..bed was good, clean but small.

Room was adequate and clean. The bed was fantastic. It and the desk took up most of the room, which is fine since I wasn't spending much time in the room. The location was great, in the old town area and less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Free Wi-Fi was a plus.

Excellent hotel, would definitely recommend. A couple of blocks back from the lake, close to the train station. Lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Rooms are not huge but still very comfortable.

Room was small but very clean and quiet. Small hotel with limited amenities. Reasonably close to train. Nice room for the budget traveler compared to others in the area.
