Hotel Falken

A small boutique hotel. Rooms were limited but clean. Lightning in e room was a little dark. We were given a room at the end of the corridor, and experienced poor reception for Wifi. Had to station ourselves near the door for wifi connection. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Great location, friendly staff, clean Room. And the price was good for Switzerland.

The beds in this hotel were the most comfortable and soft. The staff were very helpful.

Decent stay and close to shops. Abt 8mins walk to stairway station. Good value for money.

We loved Lucerne. Our room and bathroom was very small but clean and close to the train station. It was in the old town and had nearby restaurants but upmarket shops. Lake Lucerne was also close by for sight seeing cruises. No breakfast was available but a discount voucher to a bakery which was expensive. Everything was within walking distance.

Very cramped badly designed room, beds slope inwards, no public areas, eg lounges, no breakfast on site, written threats of penalties if fire alarm activated through steam from shower, additional charge for use of debit cards (even Swiss ones!).

Switzerland is expensive and this hotel is no different for what you get. However the rooms are tidy, clean and comfortable. They are small but they are fine for a place to sleep and the hotel is slap in the middle of town. You could not get a better location

The hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. The size of the room was bad. Even for European standards. I have had better hotel rooms in South America in the middle of no where. If it were not for the friendliness of the staff they stay would have been worse. No major problems just a small room that was overpriced.

The Hotel Falken was in a great location. For the price, which was quite a bit less than many of the surrounding hotels, it was a good value. The room was small, but clean, and in the very center of everything. I would stay here again. We came to Lucerne to see the sights and enjoy and we just needed a place to sleep. It was perfect. The front desk staff was very helpful as well.

it was a great price and quality deal. The room as expected - small but clean, not new but really ok. The location is perfect - you step out and you are in one of the center streets, always can easily return to leave your purchases or to rest. The staff was also nice, explained kindly my queries and let me keep the luggage in the store before I could check in. No breakfast but cafeterias around or you can grab something from the supermarket.
