Most uncomfortable bed. Worst pillows ever. Bed was worse than an air mattress. Small room. No coffee. Very good location.

Too tiny rooms

Room was tiny, bathroom was very tiny, double bed was two singles with different mattresses pulled together, pillows were very poor quality, hotel paraphernalia cluttered the hallway outside room, and cooking smells from the restaurant permeated the stairs & hallway :-(( Although situated in a very central & convenient location, the standard of accommodation was very disappointing. 2x Star only

terrible experience. The room has bad air. The toilet is disgusting.

The top bunk was super sketchy and the room was very small. The bathroom was way too small.

The listing clearly states self parking nearby is chf 29 for 24 hours. We asked the hotel where to park and were shocked at the end of our stay with a bill of chf 65 for 24 hours - over 2x more than advertised. When we were comparing hotels we were comparing the total cost including other fees and would have chosen a different hotel if the parking price was properly advertised. Additionally the beds were very uncomfortable and the limited availability of the front desk staff proved to be problematic on multiple occasions. Great location but that’s about it.

Small rooms just like all of Europe. Good location

Location was really good, less than 10m walk to city center. We were upgraded to the apartment unit around the corner which was superb. It was spacious, clean, and overall exceeded our expectations. The front desk receptionist, Albina, was really helpful, friendly & professional. We would definitely stay here again.

It was so nice to know that my room has been upgraded to an apartment, even though it doesn‘t located in the same building or even just across with it. The location is about another 5 minutes walking. The room was so nice and clean, spacious, fully equiped kitchen, clean bathroom, no air conditioning but the fan its enough to cool the room.
