"Great place to stay "

The lady on reception was most amazing . Gave us the friendliest welcome I have ever received . Always smiling and offering to help and advise . The room was spacious , comfy and spotless . The breakfast was super , and the service top notch . The location was brilliant , just off the amphitheatre close to shops restaurants and bars I would most definitely recommend

Central location on a main, pedestrian-only street. Charming old building, full of character and nicely furnished. Marta and Ingrid were very welcoming, kind and helpful hosts. Breakfast was superb, lots of tasty things to choose from, and they went the extra mile to provide an individual requirement. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was a fabulous example of Lucca - the entrance door was 15th century, the room decor was typical of the period, yet with clean, modern facilities, and the lady managing, Ingrid, was so helpful and kind. Breakfast was just lovely. Fantastic stay to start our holiday.

"Quiet haven in the heart of Lucca"

Hotel is in a great location. Beautiful old building entered via a courtyard. Lovely room, yummy breakfast and an amazing host Marta who was so gracious, kind and helpful. She gave great recommendations and provided early breakfast as I had to leave before scheduled breakfast time
