Location ok. Room and bathroom too small and tight. No elevator, had to carry suitcases up and down two sets of stairs! Very basic amenities provided.

Fantastic staff all round. Checked us in early as a room was available. Great information about walking or buses to areas of interest. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms comfy and functional. Bathroom huge. Love the heated towel racks .. only negative was road noise .. we were on the side but the traffic was still a bit noisy. Definitely stay again if in Salzburg.
