Good price and friendly staff. Breakfast was great and staff was very attentive. Only downside is the street in front can be loud. Take earplugs or leave your windows shut and ask friendly staff for a fan.

We just loved this hotel! It is on a quiet street but with very easy access to the bus lines.The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was nicely set up. The staff was gracious and helpful. The breakfast had everything we wanted and more. We would stay here again in an instant. In a week of travels to multiple locations, this was the best place we stayed. (It is also in walking distance from a local brewery, which includes a nice tour and great beer garden - we recommend it!)

Great breakfast. Enough car parking. Good room but a bit small. Clean and easy access. Helpful staff that spoke English. The internet was mostly good, but dropped out some later in the evening and the internet requires new login every 2 hours. Very close to the city center so one can walk to all of the main sites.

Internet is very poor (WiFi) We were given the room next to reception- I could reach out of my door and touch the front desk. That is NOT okay and feels like we were given the short end of the stick. No one should have to ever stay in this room. Way too hot in the rooms- turned off all heaters and still is blazing hot. Opened the windows all the way and still won’t cool off as much as I would like. Plus I don’t want to sleep with the windows open as I was given the worst room by reception on the first floor. There is no screen or safety measure so someone could have just jumped right in. Smells like rotten eggs in some places in room The bathroom looks like it needs to be redone. The faucets are falling off in the shower I couldnt get the shower to turn off for 20 min. The tile and the caulk are dirty and missing in places and looks like you should be wearing sandals around and not walking on the floor. The towels are paper thin and need to be replaced. They don’t have separate shampoo and conditioner. It’s an all in one (including body wash) that looks like it’s been there since 1990. Not a lot of outlets (specifically one next to each bed) Had 3 people in room. Not all can be standing at once that’s how small the room is. No English TV channels either. Close to city center- about a 20 min walk. 7-9 euro taxi ride. I booked this very last minute so i had no real other options. Beds are comfy but that’s about it for this hotel. Stay somewhere else.

Room we had was spacious, large bathroom with shower, plenty of plug shockets to charge phones on. TV could have done with one BBC channel at least, otherwise stuck with watching Eurosport or CNN! Breakfast is continental only, but you can get scrambled egg of boiled egg if asked. Ham/cheese and fresh fruit available, plus pot of tea or coffee. Slice brown bread very tasty. Rolls and croissants also available. Hotel immaculately clean. Easy access to buses into town centre. Set price of €1.70 per person. Loads of shops and restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend.

Lovely place located only 10 min walking distance from Salzburg town centre, run by extremely polite, helpful and professional staff. Great breakfast included & parking on site as we were kindly welcomed to leave the car after check out while browsing Mozzart home town. We couldn’t ask for more, massive value for the money, highly recommended

The hotel is on a really good bus route to the Old Town and also the airport. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. It is basic and amenities are limited. For example there is no controllable temperature in the rooms though the temperature was fine for us, and some things you might expect, like tea or coffee making facilities in the room was absent. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The older man, who I presume is the owner is not particularly welcoming and didn't really give much cause for joy in his communications. He didn't seem that pleased to have us stay, but the lady, who might be the co-owner, did a much, much better job and was very helpful. The other staff were also great and made up for the man's sombre personality. All in all, the staff were great. I liked this hotel.

The hotel was good. We had a bath tub. I almost cried I was so happy. it is about a 20-30 minute walk from old town, but there is a bust stop right outside. you have to go through a tunnel to get to old town so if you are looking for great views this hotel is not for you.
