Ritter Hotel

nous avons choisi cette hôtel par rapport aux prix et surtout c'était proche du zoo mais dommage qu'il n 'y a pas de parking privé pour l'hôtel se déplacer et payer un parking et oubli d'un lit supplémentaire pour le petit très décevant .

Vollkommen überfordertes Personal ohne jegliche Deutschkenntnisse. Wusste überhaupt nichts von der Buchung und verwies uns an ein anderes Hotel auf der anderen Mainseite.

Acceuil: 0 - Chambre non disponible, ne parle pas anglais etc ... Propreté: limite voire très limite. Sécurité de la chambre à revoir au plus vite !! Très bruyant. Oublié le pt déjeuner allez dans une boulangerie ca sera bien mieux !! CCL: à éviter !!!

I will never stay at this hotel... I'd rather sleep in the street with the homeless at the train station.

The hotel is located in a great pub neighborhood - pubs for blocks. The hotel is horrendously dirty and disgusting, difficult to navigate and uncomfortable. I could barely make it to the first-floor room with my suitcase, I can't imagine doing while being completely drunk - would probably break my neck. It would be good to visit the neighborhood, but never this hotel again!

Old carpet. Old bathroom. Bad pillows. Hotel needs to be renovated. Positive side, location is awesome. Bars and takeaway next door. No cabs needed. Noise wasn't a problem once inside. We were on 2nd floor. Didn't hear a thing.

I prepaid through Expedia. I get to the hotel and they say it wasn't paid. I pull out my receipt and she says it's for 1 room even though my receipt clearly shows 2 rooms. She calls her boss and then says "oh it's fine. All taken care of" then tells me to sign. As I sign I realize my credit card number is listed and the price (it's all in German other than that). I ask what is this? She grabs it and crumples it and hides it from me. I ask for it back and she refuses to give it to me. She charged my card AGAIN without my approval. Don't stay here!!!

Lively location, hotel staff could not be more helpful. Hotel condition is very basic.

We can NOT understand expedia offering that Hotel. We were afraid to get into the shower because everything was more than dirty. We are thinking of refusing payment.

This hotel had double booked my room, which is apparently a common occurrence so if you book with hotels.com you will have no guarantee that you have a room
