Aida Plaza Hotel

I love the decor and the esthetic

There is no parking, parking garages are far and a lot of homeless and druggies on the street. If it was just me and my husband it would have been ok, but I didn't like for kids. The hotel itself was nice and the staff was very kind and accommodating.

Location

Hotel was old and dirty, there were many homeless people around. During the 5 night we stayed at the hotel , we did not see any other customers other than us. However the employees were similing and polite.

No 24/7 service although assured, we couldn‘t go outside to get our flight

1. Close to BART station - just about 50m away 2. Have lift to upper floors 3. Quiet 4. For Muslim, it is just about 70m to the mosque

1. The interior consist of old and antique furnitures (not my type) 2. They don't have bell at the door. It is always lock so you need to knock everytime to come in after going out.

Hospitability of staff very impressive

Stench in the room occasionaly

If there is something positive, it may be that the hotel is close to the subway station and the Moscone Center.

The hotel is in an area where there are many drugged people. The facilities are very old and uncomfortable. They don't have a restaurant. Wi-Fi is very bad

Price/location combination

The hotel desperately needs renovation.
