Best Western Hotel Bremen City

For an overnight stay, this hotel room offered all that is needed for comfort. Highly recommend.

The staff was top notch. Friendly and very helpful.

The receptionist upon our arrival was very unfriendly. I have never come across a more arrogant hotel staff member in all my life. She was very arrogant to my son when she made him fill out a check-in form, she was reluctant to give advice on car parking. The water in the shower was cold. Would be ok if it was a 2 star hotel but it’s not. The breakfast was good and the young gentleman in the reception on the morning after when we checked out was very kind.

I got an amazing service always, specially by Ben Thabet, the rooms are quite comfortable, the privacy is a good matter too, you're on the busy city center of Bremen, but at my room on the 5° floor I get no noise , maybe need more spacious areas for the guest out of the rooms, but on a overall I give it 5 stars , and will return always, when I return to Bremen

Location was good, close to train station, nice walk to the markt square.

Central. But because of this it was noisy during weekends which is the price for being Central.

Spacious, clean, and modern, one bedroom furnished apartment with an equipped mini kitchen. Situated in the heart of town it is noisy on weekends.

Convenient for transport. Clean hotel with comfortable rooms and polite and friendly staff. Plentiful breakfast.

Not so clean room, heater makes noise at night and room have no view at all right in front of building wall.. this was second time disappointed and would keep this hotel as last option of stay in Bremen. Only good thing was local area as it located in city.
