Best Western Hotel Bremen City

Nice staff. Otherwise the whole hotel need a BIG renovation! Looked like they havent touched the surface since the house were build. I recommend to spend a little bit more money and get another hotel if possible!

Desk was not so friendly or efficient upon check out.

There was no AC on the roomm. No towels at all so I had to ask on the front desk and they just gave me one The room was not that clean

I had been confused by the mixed reviews here for this hotel but then we stayed with our family of 5 in both a business apartment and an economy single and it really was a tale of two hotels. The business apartment is great. Such good value, spacious, well equipped and in a much nicer and quieter part of the building than our single room. It was like a different hotel. The economy single had a comfortable bed, great curtains and I liked working at the desk. However, it was very loud with window open (and stuffy and hot with it shut), there was zero soap or anything to clean my hands, the tea and coffee making facilities included no coffee and the shower had hairs on the walls and the drain so clogged with hair it didnt drain. I couldn't use it as so gross. They did service every day but didn't clean anything. There was a 20 euro price difference between the rooms so def upgrade if you stay here. The parking was annoying. We stayed two nights leaving for a day trip in the middle. We used the recommended car park and got the discount ticket for it. However, instead of 9 euros a day, it tried to charge us 18 for the first day (so we just paid the regular 13 euros) and the final day, it only discounted to 10. The staff were indifferent and not helpful.

Visited the hotel in June 2022. First the good things: the location is very convenient to reach the train station and city center. The beds are confortable, the room is clean, internet is stable and fast. The filter coffee at breakfast is really really great. The bad things: If you have a room facing the street forget about sleeping. I am not very sensitive, but this area is frequented by a lot of young folks who like to party all night long. The hotel MUST invest in better windows. The service is so so. I asked to refill my handkerchiefs and shower gel, they just filled the handkerchiefs. If you are aged 60+, you are possibly fine with the design of the interior. Do not worry about the missing air condition, it rarely gets that hot in Bremen. I will definitely not come again, there are plenty of options in Bremen in this price range.

Beautiful hotel great value and close to Main railway Station. Would highly recommend to anyone going to Bremen

We were a group of three. We were able to have two separate beds: a pull out sofa, and bedroom. The first night we arrived late and the only room available had the bathroom through the bedroom. The next day they moved us to another suite . That one had an entrance to the bathroom from the living room area making it far more comfortable. I learned all the suites are slightly different. Make sure to request one that suits you if you plan to share. I really appreciated the hotels willingness to make our stay comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

So bad. Worst Western Hotel. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Service so non existent. Cleaning every 3 day? Due to covid? More like saving money. A frige non working in the room. Try to get something from the machine in the reception? Not working. So terrible bad. If you come to Bremen. Choose another hotel.

5 min walk to the train station, and 10 min walk to the city centre. Slightly noisy at night on Fri/ Sat but decent sized rooms with facilities. Shower was very good. No early check in sadly. Would recommend this hotel for a quick hassle free visit to Bremen
