Chateau Hotel

Perfect location for all things on FQ! Quaint, historic buildings. Clean. On the quieter side of town. Comfortable bed (not bedding) lovely pool

-Noise from staff every day at 7:30am! -No mirror in the room! Not only no full size but no mirror at all -blankets and towels are paper thin and rough -Closet in bathroom only and weird motion sensor fan does nothing. -low shower pressure -tilted sink so everything falls in -No black out shades on door. Light shines through all night and sun early am. -No umbrellas by pool -people out late in courtyard are very noisy and smoke. No one’s supervises.

Our stay at Chateau Hotel was very comfortable. It's location was very convenient. We walked to restaurants, the train to catch the trolly line, the market, Bourbon Street... The team at Chateau Hotel was warm and welcoming, especially Miss Elaine. She always had a smile and excellent advice on where to eat! Plus, she was incredibly helpful when my husband left his phone in our room. Can't thank her enough!

The Chateau Hotel is close to all the things we wanted to do. The staff members were always helpful. The rooms are comfortable and well kept. We enjoyed our stay.

The most kind, friendly and welcoming staff at a hotel that we have experienced. Loved the courtyard area! Loved the location to the French quarter and everything around it!

Booking says there is a bar in the courtyard but there wasn’t one. A few more lounge chairs would make it perfect!

Loved the location of the hotel. Walking distance to most everything in the French Quarter. Hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was nice, we were missing a chair for the desk and it would’ve been nice to have one. We stayed in room 230. I also had an issue coming down the stairs. I feel coming down, the area is dimly lit and I did not see the last step. I recommend better lighting and something more visible to ensure no one misses that step. Also, I think it would be nice to offer complimentary coffee in the lobby for your guests along with an area to purchase small snacks.

Excellent location, clean quiet room, very friendly and helpful front desk staff.

We have never experienced such warmth & welcoming in a stay like we did this vacation. We would have been lost without Elaine. She was amazing.

Elaine, she was just amazing helped us check in an out with a breeze !! Any help and or advice we needed she was on it!! Tina and Jenifer were all just lovely !! Thanks for our lovely time!!
