"Boutique hotel with great staff"

Quaint hotel in the quieter part of the French Qtr. Miss Elaine was the daytime queen of the front desk and was amazing ! Friendly, cheerful & helpful - as were all staff members encountered. Grounds were spotless and well maintained. The great staff helped offset the somewhat spartan rooms. Basic rooms were small, with roomy bathrooms, but hardly any space for toiletries or makeup ( makes it tough on contact lens wearers as well). Basic rooms do not have refrigerators, but cold bottled water available at front desk. Desk in our room did not have a chair, and our sink did not have a drain plug (more contact lens torture) Until road construction finished in the area, outer rooms can expect truck noise from the street. Location was great for anyone who prefers Frenchman St or the far end of the Quarter like MRB, Coops & Molly's At the Market (IYKYK)

"Magical nights in the French Quarter!"

Incredible location in the quiet part of French quarter. Just blocks from Frenchman street and Jackson Square. Hard to beat. Quiet hotel with a relaxed courtyard.

Everything was fine. Bathroom sink is a bit small. Closet small. But clean and adequate. Wish there was a bar for a drink in the patio!

"Exceptional"

The management and staff are very concerned about their guests' comfort and security. The location is great. It is near the tourist information center where guests can purchase excursions and get information. It has a small outdoor pool and courtyard. Very nice place and good value for your money.

The lighting in the room could have been a little better, but it wasn't terrible.

Wonderful stay, Miss Elaine was very helpful. Free water whenever we needed it, and good service and very nice location for spending time in the French quarter, Treme neighborhood, and Frenchman street.

"Ms Elaine was the Best!"

The property was in a great location. You can walk to everything. Safe location. Ms Elaine's customer service was the best part of the stay. Wish there was a full length mirror;) Overall charming place
