We loved our stay a lot. The room with the balcony was just a toscany dream. We trully appreciate that our hosts were amazing and so helpful. They suggested us interesting places/restaurants and also prepared amazing breakfasts ☺️

Wspaniała lokalizacja, widok z okna i tarasu na San Gimignano, 10 minut piechotą do centrum miasta. Spędzaliśmy wieczory na tarasie, rozkoszując się widokiem zapadającego w San Gimignano zmierzchu. Pokój czyściutki, miejsce parkingowe w pobliżu domu.

Śniadania mało urozmaicone, brak czegokolwiek "na ciepło".

Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. 8.30 h bis 9.30 h war etwas knapp

Emplacement, gentillesse des propriétaires. Belle chambre avec une très belle vue

Salle de bains un peu petite, nous aurions préféré prendre le petit déjeuner dehors.

We loved the homely feel of the property and the welcoming hosts, Paula and Roberto, who made every effort to make our stay enjoyable. The location is picturesque and within walking distance of San Giminiano, so we didn’t use our car in the evening, which allowed us to enjoy a bottle of wine for dinner.

The warm hospitality from the hosts made our trip special. The location and ambience of the property were superb. We especially enjoyed the relaxed evenings on the beautiful terraces outside the bedrooms & the delicious Tuscan breakfasts & meal prepared by Paola. such a lovely family. Roberto and his wife are excellent hosts. The villa is beautiful, with a view of the city, and only a fifteen minute walk to the center (or 2-3 minute car ride). They are super helpful with recommendations for sites to see and restaurants to visit in San Gimignano. They provide an excellent map to visit sites and cities/towns all over Tuscany.

A tranquil home in a beautiful part of Tuscany. The location and proximity to San Gimignano is fantastic and our host Roberto was wonderful.
