Fantastic room with an amazing view . Great outdoor seating and walking distance to town . Roberto and Paula you made our stay sensational.

Beautiful 12th century villa run by the most gracious hosts, Roberto and Paola. Super clean, excellent homemade breakfast choices and comfortable dining area, plus our room had a balcone with views of San Gimignano. 15 minute walk to S.G.

Room is a bit small, but to be expected with historic buildings.

view onto San Gimignano, and beautiful build from the 1100s. This B&B is ran by a super lovely italian couple who ensured we were very well taken care of. It had a lovely breakfast every morning, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved every bit of it.

Pleasent owners, a lot of effort into breakfast, good location. The terrace above the room.

No window on the ground floor of the room, AC over the bed, max. setting only. Steep stairs to the terrace, not very children friendly.

What can I say about this place. I left a piece of me with the hosts. They are truly nice people and so caring and accommodating. The place is such a unique little place which dates from a long time ago which makes it just cozy and beautiful. The terrace is just stunning overlooking San Gimignano. When you think Tuscany you think of exactly Locanda Viani. And to get to the town it’s walking distance of about 15 min. Again thanks so so very much Paola and Roberto!

It's a very comfortable and affordable bed & breakfast. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. It is close to the town of San Gimignano, about a 20-minute walk away. The owners are very attentive and kind, cleaning our room every day and attending to our needs. I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything!

The location was excellent. It’s within walking distance to San Gimignano but if walking is difficult there is parking.
