Location, short walk into town. Breakfast was an excellent cold selection with very good coffee.

A larger room and bathroom would have been nice but what we had was sufficient for our needs.

We’ve been to many apartments and hotels but the hosts from this house made the stay one of the most memorable and beautifull experiences we’ve had so far. The room was cleaned every the day (towels were all exchanged) and also the sheets were exchanged every 3 days. The house has a very nice style to it (a certain classical style) and all facilities in the room were renewed every day (personally selected wine in the room, glasses were cleaned, crackers that go with the wine, all regular stuff like toilet paper, soap, etc.) so the whole booking was a very pleasent stay. The best part of the apartment were the hosts who recommended the great wineries of the region, tours and places to visit in Tuscany (also recommended we go to a certain wine festival in San Gimignano which is a 5min walk from the apartment), made us a breakfast-to-go when we couldn’t make it to breakfast (which was lovely, a very traditional Italian breakfast), and most importantly are great people who you can talk to about Italy in general and anything else wish to know. I would definitelly recommend this place to anyone looking for a traditional Italian home type of a vibe and who wants to have personal connection to the Italian traditions of the Tuscany region.

Room and terrace were nice. Easy parking. Convenient to San G and to drive to surrounding areas.

Walking to San G was doable but challenging as there were limited sidewalks and had to walk through 2 roundabouts. This area was very busy as all the tourist busses came this way, so you had to walk through this each time you went to the city.

Beautiful family home, surrounded by Roberto’s paintings. Several personal touches - crackers, water, toiletries. A very warm welcome from the Viani family. They gave us excellent recommendations for lunch and dinner and willingly shared their knowledge of places to visit in Tuscany. A short walk into San Gimignano.

Everything was wonderful. Location is perfect, rooms were lovely, breakfast was fantastic and the hosts were so accommodating and welcoming.

Cozy atmosphere, very artistic and welcoming environment, award winning local wine, breathtaking scenery. 15 minutes walk to San Gimignano. Our room had balcony which enhanced our extremely amazing experience . Very tasty breakfast with good selection. Extremely good cakes. Coffee at breakfast served with traditional italian moka. Friendly and helpful owners. They adviced on places to see. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely come back again. Massive thanks to Mr. Viani and Paola.

Everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this location run by a very special family who will make you feel at home away from home. My husband and I traveled with my 70 year old parents and our 2 small children and the accommodation was perfect for us. We traveled by car and drove to San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, and Florence as well as a trip to the Antinori nel Chianti Classico winery. The location was extremely quiet and comfortable with a large, delicious breakfast. Absolutely wonderful stay!
