Best ever hotel I have been at Tuscany, its at the heart of nice relaxing,beautiful, countryside, love the tasty tuscany breakfast by Paula ,Roberto gave us a very local guid to visit places every day,room was best view ever seen,Its safe,peaceful and relaxing. 10 minutes walk to san gimignano, centre to explore tuscany. I felt Roberto and Paula are my family.... I would highly recommended

I have been to Tuscany many times and I dare to say that Roberto Viani and his charming family are one of the best hosts in Tuscany. They are kind and helpful, Paola prepares a delicious breakfast. The only reason I don't write more good things is because next time we won't get accommodation because of the crowd :) Values, tradition, Art and good wine.

Loved this B&B! The hosts were wonderful, the room was comfortable & the view was perfect! The breakfast also was wonderful with so many things to try.

The view was amazing and the owners were helpful and gracious. the room was very comfortable and clean. I liked having breakfast together with the other guests. there were delicious homemade choices and it gave us an opportunity to meet the other guests.
