Locanda Viani

Rustic and cozy. Fantastic location with wonderful views of San Gimignano. Breakfast was good and the owners were especially helpful with my lactose intolerance.

We had difficulties with the WiFi but it was probably our settings!

Exceptional ! The place is fantastic, the room, the wine, the breakfast, and above all, the hosts! We really want to thank Roberto for welcoming us and sharing great conversations ! We will comeback for sure!

Nothing to regret!

The location with its views were spectacular, the atmosphere and setup of the building was wonderful. Not crowded was really nice and getting to know the owners was really special.

Breakfast could be a little better and the ability to control the speed of the aircon in each room would be nice.

Locanda Viani is located in an excellent position, you can reach San Gimignano on foot in approximately 15 minutes whilst also enjoying the quiet of the countryside and the view is really breathtaking. The B&B is clean and comfortable and, whilst being a historical building, everything is new and functional. At breakfast, you can enjoy local products and fresh bread. Roberto and his wife are incredibly kind and attentive hosts. During our staying, the AC broke and they immediately arranged our staying at another lovely accomodation, so that our holiday wouldn't be disrupted by the excessive heat. Despite the AC problem, our holiday has been great and I definitely recommend Locanda Viani for your staying.

The Viani Family are the warmest of hosts. They make you feel so welcome and are on hand if you need anything. The rooms are beautiful with gorgeous artwork from Roberto Viani. He is so modest that we did not know he had painted them. Mrs Viani makes the most wonderful breakfasts and cakes. We loved our time there. Thank you all so much x

Nothing all amazing

Licanda Viani is a very special place. The family are so welcoming and kind, it's rare to meet such people. The location is wonderful, a short stroll into the very heart of San Gimignano, yet it's peaceful and quiet with extraordinary views. A truly wonderful experience

We loved everything.

The location was terrific with a short walk into the walled town of San Gimignano. Having a car park close and easy drives getting around the region visiting other beautiful Tuscan towns was great. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We liked the Tuscan breakfasts and enjoyed the evenings on our balcony overlooking San Gimignano and the countryside.

There are lots of up and down stairs which is expected in beautiful century old buildings.

Room could have been a bit larger so you had somewhere to sit inside

Room was damp. It was on ground floor and probably was only used when they were fully booked up.
