Excellent location with easy access to San Gimignano center and amazing views. Owners are very helpful and their services were above beyond our expectations. The breakfast was amazing with many options to choose. This location is great as a hub to visit all Chianti region.

Roberto (an amazing artist whose work was featured inside the property) and his family were so welcoming and the location was perfect for exploring the beauty of the Tuscan countryside. It was magical!!

George Clooney making a surprise appearance from Lake Coma - haha - he would have loved it here! It was so picturesque, with an amazing view of San Gimignano and an easy walk into the fascinating town.

This is an excellent place to stay. Roberto and Paola are lovely people and excellent hosts. It’s walking distance to San Gimignano with free parking. The breakfast was delicious and good variety. We were really sad to leave.

The WiFi is weak. You’re likely on holiday so enjoy a break from internet connectivity!

The location was brilliant, a short walk to the old town of San Gimignano. Our room had a rooftop terrace with panoramic views towards the old town where we could sit with a wine and platter then we would wander up for dinner after the crowds had gone. The breakfast was lovely and the hosts friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Our room had 3 levels which was fine for us but for those not good with stairs perhaps let the host know when booking as there are 4 rooms with different configurations. Nothing to fault otherwise.

Roberto gave us a nice greeting and introduction to the facilities. Our room had a nice private terrace. We we’re furnished Water And a beautiful breakfast every day.

our room had a large step between the next room and the bathroom. We left a light on so we wouldn’t fall if we needed to get up during the night. The Location is not walkable to a pharmacy, convenience, store, or anything else for that matter. You must have a car.

location is excellent, walking to san Gimignano, view of the town from the terrace. Roberto and Paula are very nice, gentle and friendly. old historical building with of course the accompanying difficulty with wifi and access. but if you are a reasonably mobile person, it's perfect. simple but fine breakfast. very nice.hope to visit again

i recommended Roberto to improve the wifi ( he is already looking in to it). but if you spend a holiday. the location and the hosts are more important
