Amazing location for us and excellent value

Location. Beds were comfortable

The ridiculous amount of steep stairs, the decor was dated and dirty, could hardly open a window.

The accommodation was in a great location, near the railway station and Principality stadium. The room was clean and everything was in working order.

The light sensor on the stairs didn't always come on ,which meant it was dark at times.

Everything ...horrible pillow .mattress.very small room bad view smelly never saw in my life travelling all over the world two tap one cold and one hot you can't use either of them because either so hot or so cold can't make it warm plus the tap very short close to sink can't even put your hand under it properly really doesn't worth the money very high at least I asked to be lower because of luggage

Very nosey and beds so uncomfortable and not very clean

The room was a good side

The stairs were really steep, it stunk of fast food , the bed was creaky , there was a hole in the bathroom floor which I could fit my whole foot in . It was dirty . You could hear the toilet being flushed upstairs and the boiler constantly going off . The reception was across the road in a separate hotel .
