Cibo orribile, scarsissima qualità. Eccessiva varietà, ma scarsissima qualità. Abbiamo rinunciato alla cena che avevamo già pagato. Che delusione

Very spacious and comfortable rooms though a bit dated.

Nathrooms are terrible. The shower doors do not close properly and due to that the water leaks into the rest if the bathroom. We complained to the reception bit they said they can do anything because of the shower doors not being of correct size. It is disgraceful that they have not fitted with yhe correct shower doors all these years. Goes to show the careless attitude of the management.

Posizione ottima, personale gentile, stanze grandi ben strutturate.

Le vasche idromassaggi venivano monopolizzate dai bambini con relative urla e schiamazzi, impossibile rilassarsi nei lettini prendisole nelle vicinanze. Dovrebbero adibire degli spazi x i più piccoli così da evitare che vengano a disturbare le persone che vogliono un po’ rilassarsi.

La situation de l hôtel et la grande amabilité du personnel La chambre etait grande et confortable ( mais ménage a soigner )

Le buffet ( vraiment de qualité très médiocre ) aussi bien les produits que la cuisine La propreté est a redire ( sol collant, couverts ! ) On nous vend un coin gold tranquille mais il n y a rien sur le buffet et il faut aller donc dans la salle principale ( salle et bruyante )

The hotel was decent, we had the superior room with sea view. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The staff was amazing, really considerate and helpful and always willing to go above and beyond to assist. We requested special meal and they catered for us. The food options were good, but unfortunately couldn't eat a lot of the stuff so cannot comment on it.

Only improvement area is the gym, most of the equipment needs maintenance. Could do we better sign posting across the resort.

Équipement des chambres pas au niveau d'un 5 étoiles : exemple : pas de peignoir ni chaussons dans les chambres. Sur votre site, vous annoncez hébergement gratuit pour enfants jusqu'à 10 ans, En fait, c'est jusqu'à 3 ans !!!
