Adorámos tudo, a começar pelo upgrade para suite que nos fizeram por nos hospedar os em bodas de prata. Obrigado!

Na verdade, não houve nada que nos tenha desagradado, à exceção do preço do alojamento. O hotel dispõe de 3 lugares de estacionamento gratuitos exclusivos, e tivemos a sorte de conseguir um. Mas causou-nos muita estranheza ver muita gente alheia ao hotel a usar esses poucos lugares de estacionamento, sem que o hotel atuasse. Porquê? Se calhar, porque têm interesse em que os 3 lugares fiquem ocupados para poderem cobrar os estacionamentos na garagem...

Tiny room and bathroom, no view at all, right next to Lord Byron steps so it was noisy with the window open, also cigarette smoke entered from people at the hotel bar tables on the street outside.

We loved the charming and relaxing atmosphere of this historical hotel. The location is excellent within a few minutes’ walk to the centre of Sintra. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were very helpful and courteous. Our room was very comfortable with a small terrace overlooking wonderful mature trees, giving a very relaxing feel. It was a bonus to have this outdoor space where we could sit out on a sunny day. The size of the room, however, was not as expected as it was quite a bit smaller than the description on the website, and was rather dark. Insulation wasn’t that good, and the noise from the room above was noticeable. The bathroom would benefit from an update. Apart from all this, our stay was very pleasant and we would go back to this hotel on our next visits.

We loved the intimate atmosphere and central location of this historical hotel. It’s a charming place and the staff, especially in the restaurant, were very helpful and courteous. Our room had a lovely balcony/small terrace overlooking wonderful mature trees, giving a very relaxing feel.

Our room was nice and comfortable, however it was smaller than expected: we had booked a superior double room which was supposed to be big enough for an extra bed but we couldn’t see how an extra bed could possibly fit in. The room was not particularly light and we had lights switched on whenever we were in the room, whether afternoon or morning. The bathroom would benefit from an upgrade.

The bathroom is old and smells are bad as well as the room actually the best lord Byron should be much better looking feeling. It’s not a five star hotel it’s max3 star The service on breakfast was unpleasant! So we can not recommend the s hotel Is

Old world charm. Excellent service.

It would have been helpful to have clearer instructions on how to enter the road with a car as the signage from the way we came indicated no right turn and there is a barrier. In fact you ring the intercom by the barrier and someone lets you in.

Great location, super helpful and lovely staff, Lovely old world feel.

Dated bathrooms.

Feels like a beautiful museum inside and nice views outside. Comfortable bed and good breakfast. Located on the edge of town closer to the palaces and also easy to get to restaurants.

Requires maintenance: bathroom faucet is leaking, there is a bit of mold on the windows. Room could be cleaner: curtains were dusty and so was the balcony. Finally, it seems like the renovation that has been done in the bathroom, e.g. the showerhead, used the cheapest available fixtures with no regard to the character of the hotel. With the high price we expected things to be in better shape.
