Art Hotel Rotterdam

It was a lovely place to stay for one night ahead of our cruise.

We had a triple room and the set up was great. The location is in a modest neighborhood and there is a lack of dining options near by. It is great for public transportation. The hotel was well appointed and nice inside. I would stay here again.

Comfortable and quiet. Pricy breakfast and not a lot of choices. But 100% recomanded.

Check-in took over ten minutes. It seemed like the hotel had a very messy reservation system — they had to ask me what kind of room I booked, and even mixed up my booking with my family’s, though we booked separately. A female manager with glasses then showed up, looking stern and unfriendly, and subtly implied that it was our fault for not clearly stating our bookings. The hotel itself is nice — the room was clean and comfortable — but the service attitude, especially from someone in a managerial position, was disappointing. Parking is also expensive. I won’t return, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Very good access to Metro and Ahoy centre only a simple 20mins walk. Fabulous bakers round the corner & great views on the 12th floor where my room was located (lifts nice & fast too!!)

We stayed at the Art hotel over the North sea jazz festival weekend and we had a great stay! The hotel was extremely efficient although it was really busy with festival goers. The room we had was right at the end of the corridor so we had a beautiful seating area in front of a wall of glass doors. The rooms were cleaned to a great standard and the room was really cosy and comfortable. There is a lovely restaurant and bar in the lobby too. The metro is located directly outside the hotel so its super easy and cheap to get around. The best thing is that the check out wasn't until 12 pm! The only downside was the extortionate price hike during this weekend. We paid $1600 for a 3 night stay but the following weekend was only $400! A price climb on a busy weekend in Rotterdam is understandable, however this was an unreasonable spike All in all we had a great stay!

Very friendly and helpful staff at check in - we did arrive early and our room was available. Large room and very big, comfy bed. Good shower and bathroom. Excellent tv and channel availability.

Came for the North Sea Jazz Festival. Took train and metro from Amsterdam. The metro was incredibly convenient to the location of the hotel. The same metro line took us to The Hague. Again, so happy with the convenience and ease. We had an incredible stay.
