Great holiday in a lovely hotel with excellent staff. The guest experience ambassadors were great, especially Taina.

The experience of this being a 5 star hotel after staying in previous hotels was not what we expected, the noise from constant pool music bump bump did not make for a relaxing stay, also quite a remote place and a little run down area.the hotel itself was beautiful and staff very pleasant

Such a lovely place with 7 star services from the whole staff I highly recommend it to anyone wants to come to Marbeella. Thank you Mett team 🙏🏻

Wonderful staff. Trained beautifully. Pool area is superb and the rooms are lovely. Beach is ok but not the best sadly.

We recently visited the METT Marbella and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a smaller, boutique style with great ambiance and new amenities. When you enter the hotel, you are warmly welcomed with a welcome drink and friendly service. Our room was booked on points so we did not expect the best view. We chose the sunset view which faces towards Estepona and Gibraltar. On a clear day, they say you can see the coast of Africa. Most of our days were windy and hazy so we didn't see this until the last day. The view is really more of a parking lot and unappealing neighboring property which appeared abandoned. I would opt for the pool view room next time. Beds were very comfy and the spa shower was amazing. The vibe of the hotel is laid back and chill with house music playing at the pool. We never had to fight for pool chairs as one was always available. They bring you comfy towels and there is food service which was quite good especially the sushi. The beach was too windy to enjoy most days but they do have a bar there and umbrellas to enjoy. Breakfast was included each day and was full of delicious buffet options or a la carte from a menu. Some days it took some time for anyone to come take the order and bring coffee but staff were busy with a large group during our stay. Each day our guest experience ambassador would come say hello and check on us. Elena was great and made sure we were happy each day. All in all a great relaxing stay. The location is a bit remote for our preference. There is not a lot to do around the hotel unless you have a car or take advantage of the electric bikes which is highly recommended for a ride to Estepona.

Amazing stay at the Mett Beach resort and hotel. Staff are polite and professional and customer service is excellent. The Hotel has a beach, Azure Beach, which made our trip even better. Rooms are cleaned daily and supplied with Numen water.

Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte im METT Hotel und unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Gebucht hatten wir ein Lifestyle Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse mit Liegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, hell, modern und sauber. 2x tägliches Housekeeping war hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist ganz besonders schön, lecker, von der Qualität sehr gut! Das gesamte Team ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und höflich. Man merkt, dass Sie alles Versuchen um den Urlaubern eine tolle Zeit zu bescheren. Der Concierge Service hat sich prompt um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Mehr als 5 Sterne wert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A four day break for my wife and I with no kids would be relaxing regardless, but this hotel truly is a gem. The welcome was friendly and attentive. Our room was perfect for what we required, and for once a hotel with an amazing shower! We had a nice balcony overlooking the pool which was bathed in sunlight. Only slight downside of the room was the air con which worked but due to its intermittent on/off function, left me either boiling or freezing but never in between. This meant that my night's were quite disturbed but something that in the grand scheme of things is minor. The entire hotel is really beautifully designed, with art deco/bohemian/contemporary features that show how much thought has gone into it. The pool was stunning and comfortable with good service. The food and drinks always turned up quickly and the food was delicious. We ate at Ammos as well which was a lovely setting - the food maybe could have been a bit better to be honest but the live entertainment more than made up for it and we loved the plate smashing later in the night. The Spa was also excellent and I had a lovely massage - we also used the gym twice which whilst a little limited for some, provided enough to have a couple of decent enough holiday workouts. All in all, this was really just an amazing place to stay and I would go back in a heartbeat. All i need is find someone to take the kids again!
