I couldn’t be more satisfied! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The quality, attention to detail, and exceptional service truly made a difference. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of professionalism and genuine care. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch service and a memorable experience. Definitely deserving of five stars!

We stayed at METT Resort for five days and had a really enjoyable experience. The biggest compliment I can give is that I’d definitely go back. Positives: The resort itself was excellent — from the spacious, well-kept rooms to the great pool and gym facilities. The standout for us was the Isola restaurant. The food was consistently good, especially at breakfast, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to Claudia, who looked after us around the pool. She was incredibly hardworking, friendly, and always available — easily the most dedicated staff member we came across during our whole trip (including in Barcelona). Negatives: Check-in was underwhelming. We were offered welcome drinks that never arrived, weren’t given any information about the resort (like breakfast times or locations), and had to find our room with minimal direction. Not a huge issue, but disappointing given the resort’s standard and price. We also thought the resort was adults-only, but there were young children in the restaurants and teenagers using the pool. It also felt like many people using the facilities weren’t guests, and there didn’t seem to be any priority given to those staying at the resort. On our first night, we were nearly turned away from the Greek restaurant because we hadn’t booked — not ideal just after arriving. Lastly, the music around the pool is quite loud and constant. We had expected this from reading reviews, so it didn’t bother us too much, but it’s worth noting. Overall: We had a great time. No resort gets everything right, but METT came very close. With a few small improvements, it could be truly exceptional.

We wanted a luxury hotel and the METT did not disappoint. Fantastic position on the beach not crowded around the pool, no late night rowdy behaviours and the dedicated guest staff are fantastic, especially Natalia. We will certainly be coming again. 5 stars it is!

We stayed at Mett Marbella for our anniversary and loved the beautiful property and relaxing atmosphere. One point for improvement was the poolside service, which was slower than expected. On our last day, most of the sunbeds were reserved for an event, and unfortunately, we weren’t properly informed—this made the pool area unusually crowded and a bit stressful. That said, the team kindly followed up after our stay and handled the situation in a thoughtful and professional way, which we appreciated. We look forward to an even smoother experience next time.

Its 5 with no doubts The place is exceptional What matters most is the rules and regulations helped every ones enjoy his time 🌹 And the service is 6 out of 5 Natalia in the customer care ❤️ The staff over all I felt with a family but with extensive care and respect It is a strange feeling It feels home but different place It feels family but with different ppl It feels luxury but with cozy place I wish u can feel my words 🙏🏻🌹😘❤️ Trust me WORTH EVERY PENNY and EVERY MOMENT

The hotel has very very lovely team with a-good smile for the whole guest and ready to help. Room are very very nice my second year in a row love the hotel. In top of them great great great manager Ms Nataly 👍. And next summer coming again Berhaps without thinking see u 2026 🌺

Ruby and Helena were so very helpful with us in everything they could and kept in contact through WhatsApp for anything we would need Our room was great and the breakfast was out of this world anything and everything you could think of And life harp light music in the morning seemed delightful
