Loud club music played all day around pool Not relaxing at all sadly Parking expensive 35euros per day You can park for free just outside of hotel Children under 13 years not allowed in pool although they take children’s booking I have emailed there H.O regarding our disappointment as we wanted our granddaughter to visit us at the hotel I have had no reply whatsoever Very unprofessional

From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt luxurious and yet welcoming. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service exceptional, and every detail well thought out. A special thank you to Natalia from front office , whose kindness and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

This is a very pretty hotel with a beautiful pool area and really really good restaurants - we especially loved Ammos and the Beach Azure for lunch. Overall, we had a lovely stay- our rating is based on the following unfortunate qualities. Prior to our arrival we had tried to contact the hotel to sort out some issues regarding our booking. We tried calling several times, no respons!!, and we sent them an email and had no respons what so ever. This is quite unprofessional and a bit unusual. Unfortunately, we also had a very disappointing check in process (which leaves one with a bad first impression, to say the least). Long story short; we arrived at the hotel at 12:00 and they basically promised us we’d get the room earlier than the usual check in time which is 15:00. Not only did they not keep this promise, the room wasn’t ready until 16:30. They didn’t even offer us some water while we waited. The service level is definately no where near 5 star level. They also let people not staying at the hotel come in to rent sunbeds at the pool - it just makes the vibe a bit less exclusive. Also, pool service is lacking - as they have no system for ordering - you basically have to hunt down someone to order a drink.

We love luxury and having travelled to so many beautiful places around the world ... I wanted a glam, luxurious spot in Europe for my daughter and I to have our first girls trip away to celebrate her finishing her exams. Sooo beautiful ... so kind ... so warm and so friendly. David on reception was incredible and Fran behind the bar could not have been more warm and welcoming when I needed to charge laptops! Happy times ... cool, fun, rooms OK, hotel glam, restaurants beautiful, food delicious but the people ... wow!!!! They make you happy!!! Big hugs to team Mett .., you rocked it!!!

We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and every aspect of it. Our room was spacious, clean, well air conditioned and soundproofed from the outside world. The hotel premises amenities and pool area were modern looking, tidy and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of savoury and sweet options to choose from, and everything we have tried was delectable. A special mention needs to be made of the hotel staff which made us feel very welcome. In particular, Ms. Irene Abavis (front office supervisor), as well as Mss. Sara and Elena (guest experience ambassadors) were always ready and willing to advise us and help us, from dining and taxi reservations to local recommendations; all that with sincere smiles on their faces every single time. Highly recommended

I stayed last year at Mett hotel was very satisfied ! Such beautiful hotel , beautiful beach ! Beautiful pool , amazing staff , amazing food . Perfect service 👍🤍 I made a mistake to change to NOBU hotel this summer and was very desapointed.

1 of the best hotels I’ve ever been in, high quality service, clean rooms, amazing pool and food. We will definitely come back again! One of the best things that are included in the hotel is the concierge service! Elena was the first concierge to receive us when we checked in and she did an amazing job, was always available and helped us plan our stay at the best way possible
