"Good enough hotel but expect to leave with a higher bill than planned"

Room was clean and big enough, breakfast is great, food at dinner was good and very copious.

Spa area was not very clean and we paid 5.- for the (very small) jacuzzi that didn’t even work properly (did not fill properly, only about 20cm of water…). The waitress at dinner was barely polite, she almost removed our plates while we were still finishing. Paying 6.- for 1L of TAP WATER is scandalous, especially as we had ordered other drinks. The staff at the reception told me it is because it’s the price of the service and “glasses need to be washed”. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also, in the email we received it said that a parking was available, but it was never clearly mentioned that you also have to pay. It would have been a great stay, but when at the end you receive an extra invoice for 5.- for the parking, 5.- for the jacuzzi, 6.- for tap water… it real feels like you’re getting robbed here and there. Not sure if we’ll come back because of this, the client experience is apparently not a priority.
