"Good location and very comfortable"

Really liked the friendliness of the staff, they were very informative and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the included breakfast a good start to the day. The coffee was excellent.

Das Personal gibt sich alle Mühe, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Dafür möchte ich mich bedanken. Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer wirken veraltet und erinnern eher an eine Studentenunterkunft aus den 80-er Jahren. Wir blieben 3 Nächte im Kristall-Saphir und haben das Hotel als Basis für diverse Hochtouren gebraucht, waren also tagsüber nie am Zimmer. Ferien möchte ich dort allerdings keine verbringen, da das Tal meistens schattig ist.
