Tolles Familien Hotel im Schnee. Frisch renoviertes Hotel mit sehr seht freundlichem Personal & guter Weinkarte. Wellness Bereich ist auch toll, dass einzige was Schade ist das man für den Wirlpool & die Bademäntel extra zahlen muss. Sehr guter Skiverleih 3 min zu Fuss (Derby Sport). Busse in alle 3 Gebiete direkt vor der Haustür. Leckeres Frühstück & gutes Abendessen. Ski Gebiet vorallem Saas Fee ist top

The location was good, the staff partially very friendly, partially not so friendly. The common areas were good and it was very clean.

Everything was additional even the bottled water placed on the table. The breakfast was not very special. The rooms were definitely not meeting the expectation for such a price; quite old fashion not very high stadard, the bed was not great neither.
