Havia solicitado a inclusão de uma criança de 07 anos com os pais em um quarto duplo, e não recebi resposta por e-mail aí reservei um quarto a mais, mas no check in, me informaram que iriam me reembolsar o valor do quarto não utilizando, mas até o momento não recebi o crédito…

La chambre et la proximité de la gare. Le super petit déjeuner Le personnel de la réception hyper serviable. Les Fr. 5.- de réduction si on s’occupe soit-même de la chambre ( sans changement de serviettes etc)

La fermeture de la piscine ! Le manque d’un chef italien pour préparer les pâtes!!!

Hotel muito bom e com serviço otimo, todos os funcionarios bem prestativos, café da manhã muito bom e com muita opção. A localização é ótima e o hotel fica colado na estacão de Wengen.

Super très varié

The hotel is conveniently located right across the street from the train station, in the central core area of Wengen, near shops and restaurants. We purchased the "half board" option, which provided us with a 4-course dinner in the hotel restaurant each night, plus the regular hotel breakfast. The food was outstanding, and they were able to easily accommodate our request for gluten-free meals. The regular breakfast was probably the most comprehensive spread I've ever experienced in a hotel, with eggs, bacon, sautéed vegetables and salads, meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurt, granolas and cereals, plus numerous baked goods and fancy coffees. The hotel is a perfect home base for activities in the Lauterbrunnen area, especially if you purchase the Jungfrau Travel Pass, which allows unlimited travel via train bus, and gondolas in the area, and even includes boat tours on Lake Thun and Lake Brienz. We loved wandering around Wengen; the location of this hotel is perfect for those who don't want to hike up and down steep hills to reach your lodgings.

During "shoulder season" in mid-May, some of the area restaurants were closed, so I was happy we selected the half board option, but it was expensive.

Property is very handy for the railway station which is about a minute’s walk away. Room clean and the staff welcoming. Excellent breakfast.

Lack of sockets to charge phones etc. One was under the drawer next to the bed which meant to charge my phone I had to remove the drawer overnight! There was also a limited selection of food for evening meals of we had chosen to eat in the hotel (glad we didn’t go half board!)
