"Exceptional"

The hotel has been recently renovated. The rooms, ad especially the bathrooms, are spacious, modern and very clean. The staff are very helpful and congenial. The hotel is in a relatively good location within a 5 minute walk of many restaurants and bars, and about a 20 minute walk to the waterfront. Definitely a 5-star boutique hotel.

"Relaxing stay"

"Good location"

Big room, secure parking and yummy breakfast. Wish there was an outside space for lounging besides the restaurant. Phtotos show a pool but it is only for 2 rooms. Hotel was clean and centrally located- could walk 15 minutes or less to waterfront.

"Excellent "

Amazing stay at Sugar Hotel. The staff was just exceptional! Service was fabulous and friendly. Supermarket, restaurants and cafes are so convenient and it's less than 10 min walk to V&A waterfront , where all the main attractions are. Room and bathroom was super spacious , bed was so comfortable, excellent wifi. I would definitely go back to stay there again . Just a wonderful experience !

"Large and comfortable private hotel"

The room is so comfy and large. Location is excellent. and walkable to waterfront. Breakfast is a la cart menu which included in the room price. You only pay service tips. The only complain will be a plunk pool on a balcony is dirty. It has some garbage in the pool all 4 nights we stayed. That mean they didn’t clean the balcony.

Sugar Hotel was a very good experience with friendly staff, clean facilities and a number of useful amenities. Restaurant staff could do with a touch more professionalism and the room carpets were a little scruffy but otherwise everything else was great. One specific comment is that the pillows were (as per any other hotel I've stayed at) far to large. It would be great if hotels could cater to non-giraffes. I can happily recommend Sugar Hotel to others.

"Exceptional"

This is a good location with an easy 20 min walk to v&a waterfront. Staircase leads large rooms. Coffee maker, fridge and large bathroom
