Beautiful hotel. Restaurant staff could be friendlier but after noting this to hotel lobby, was fixed the next morning.

Great rooms, excellent service, one staff member seemed slightly unhappy this time, very good food. I enjoy staying at this hotel tremendously.

This is a great little hotel, a good location, excellent service, very comfortable room and a good breakfast. I’ll most definitely be back.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of our holiday and were very impressed by the excellent staff, all of whom were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with a pleasant outside area but unfortunately due to the drought we couldn't use the plunge pool. The breakfast was absolutely divine - from the super fresh orange juice to the beautifully presented main dishes all garnished with pretty coloured cress. My smashed avocado combined with a hint of chilli was absolutely delicious. If this is the standard of food served in the restaurant my only regret would be that we didn't have time to eat there. Bear in mind that the hotel does not have a pool but is just a 10 minute walk from the waterfront and city centre.

You book a room and you expect to get the one requested,but instead they give it away to someone who walks in of the street.. The smaller room I received,double with plunge pool,(except Cape Town has no water and so no pool,which is why I chose superior king) was a nice little room with a balcony views on of wireless hill and morning sun to relax out in. Bathroom is perfect just like the rest of the room The breakfast include was with the perfect little hip resturant downstairs,perfect for dinner and lunch as well.. Hotel is perfectly located with walking distance to waterfront and city centre..

Large room with very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Hotel is in a great location with many restaurants within walking distance. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay.

Very good boutique hotel. I had the basic room which still had a high level of luxury. Check in process was efficient and welcoming.
