"Exceptional"

Friendly enthusiastic staff. Good location only a $2 Uber ride to the V &A pier. Quiet rooms at the rear are those you would want to avoid noise from the road but a wonderful stay,

"Best kept secret in Cape Town"

Wonderful boutique hotel in the city center. Easy access to all there is to do around Cape Town! The staff and management were amazing!! The personal attention to detail and care for the guests is unsurpassed! Don't miss an opportunity to stay here!! Food was also amazing!!

"Great boutique hotel in Green Point"

This is a lovely boutique hotel with only 7 bedrooms. It is located in Green Point and is a 10 minute walk to the V&A Waterfront. There are restaurants and cafes close by. The service from the staff was exceptional and the rooms are lovely. The hotel is on a busy road but there is no road noise in the rooms at all. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

"Beautiful boutique hotel"

Had a lovely stay at the Sugar Hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly, fast, and attentive. The hotel restaurant is also high quality and delicious. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. We had a couple of small issues with the wifi on day 1 but the staff kept us informed and the next day it was running just fine. We didn't get to use the hotel's spa services but the rooms themselves feel like a spa experience. The hotel is well located and we could take short cab rides to all sights/attractions.

"Hotel in a great part of Cape Town"

It was a smaller hotel with only 7 rooms, all newly renovated. Very secure location even though the area of Cape Town seemed fairly safe. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, always ensuring we had anything we needed and willing to assist with any inquiries. Rooms were very spacious with great décor. Very nice restaurant available in the hotel for meals and small spa room available for massages and relaxation. Staff even allowed us to leave a few small packages for convenience at the hotel after checkout while we were on a safari excursion. If rooms are available, highly suggest trying to book a room. You won't regret the stay! Great Value!

"Good location, Great room"

Easy walking distance to the waterfront, fantastic room and bathroom and really friendly staff. On top of that, it was very reasonably priced
