Bon séjour, bien placé, avec parking en sous sol. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Excelente hotel. Confortavel. Quartos grandes. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Unico ponto negativo é o barulho do ar condicionado

I stayed in the hotel as part of a tour with Exoticca and was extremely disappointed. It lacked any of the facilities of a 4 star hotel and appeared to be half closed. We appeared to be in an annexe which was poorly maintained, lack basic facilities it advertised for example it had a kettle but no tea or coffee. The room was miles from reception and had no information on how to contact reception so when I encountered problem with TV and a flooded bathroom I was unable to summon help. I was cold and tired so literally gave up and went to bed. For me the hotel had nothing to recommend it. I emailed with full details of my complaints on leaving the hotel bug have heard nothing from them. Poor show !!

It was okay. Receptionist wasn’t too friendly when we arrived. As a Four Star hotel I expected a better room. Balcony was smaller than other hotels. They didn’t have a mini bar or other amenities that cheaper hotel would have. Breakfast was cold. The milk smelt sour & there was a tiny bug on the tongs for the mushroom. It was a little disappointing.

The hotel is mid-range. The rooms are small. But the location is very good. Five minutes walk from the Fatima Shrine. It serves breakfast buffet but not very huge spread. The room was clean and we stayed for only one night. There is cafe onsite and several restaurants within walking distance.

Excellent location near the Sanctuary. You could also go to the Camino de los Pastorcitos walking. Breakfast was not good. Food was cold

The room was great, the bed was comfortable, and it meat all my needs. The worse part of this hotel was that the spout to get hot water for tea was the same as the coffee spout, which is unacceptable to a tea drinker. The balance of the buffet was good.

We were with a tour.group. Its nice looking, clean and convient. Amenities are virtually non exent. Not even a coke machine. The bed was low enough to trip over. Instead of a queen bed they pushed 2 singles together, but not attached. Thus fall o fell through the gap. A person could break a hip that way. The food line was horrendus, and food medeocre.the latter people in line runs out of some kinds of food. Frequently running out of dishes. My room was shaped like a "T". You open the door. Straight is the room , which was very dark and differcult to find things in ones bag. To the left a rest room. To the right a short hall with the closet. The light in the short hall lets you see in the closet. The light was nonfunctioning. To find my clothes i had to use my cell phone light. After asking the front desk to change the bulb 4 times, i gave up. Was never fixed.

Hotel moderno, confortável, silencioso, tudo muito bom.
