"Great location and wonderful staff "

Super stay. Lovely clean and friendly. Great location. Shame that some guests were complaining that their room was smaller than other people they were traveling with - but the staff did a super job to be calm and positive. Very hard working and lovely staff.

"Great stay"

Excellent stay, hotel is in a great location right by the lake and has some nice views from the room. Free parking available on site, outside of the hotel. Room was really clean and a nice space with all basic amenities available. We had breakfast the next day which was also really nice. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our two night stay here. Lovely accommodation and great location. The staff were also very friendly. My only comment would be that the breakfast choices were all quite heavy, some continental options or even just some fruit would be a nice addition particularly in the summer.

"Lovely break"

Our stay was perfect from the moment we arrived, service, quality & location.... Breakfast was well presented with lots of choice, plentiful and quick. Faultless. My only gripe was trying to exit the grounds via the garden at night using the path and steps was trecherous with the uplighters situated in the garden. Other than that i couldnt fault and could recommend one of the cottage suites number 15.

Lovely hotel in great condition. The only downside I experienced was the plumbing noise (other rooms showers/baths) with the water rushing through pipes. On the plus side the water pressure was amazing! Gorgeous room, lovely hotel and fantastic service. Took advantage of a packed lunch which was great value at £7.95 and enabled me to go out walking for the day without having to worry about where to stop for lunch!
