"La estancia ha sido buena pero esperaba mucho más del hotel"

Ubicación excelente y el trato del personal muy bueno

Desde mi punto de vista un hotel de 4* debería tener otro tipo de servicios. La comida muy muy floja, el buffet libre escaso y los horarios sobre todo de cena muy cortos.

"Excellent"

It was warm and cozy. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Very close to the shop and ski slopes. There was a free (just deposit) and private storage unit for skis, etc. It was also easy to park nearby.

The double bed's mattress was very uncomfortable, but there was a free room so we switched to it (2 single beds) and it was pretty ok. It was the high season so the queue to check in was pretty long and slow.
