El precio

Cuando nos dieron la habitación no se había limpiado y después nos la cambiaron. La habitación que nos dieron no tenia aire acondicionado y estaba arriba del todo y no pudimos dormir de calor.

la localización aunque en la reserva ponía que tendríamos terraza/balcón y no tuvimos nada

el tener que pagar por el gimnasio y la piscina, en un hotel de esa categoría y por el precio creo que deberían incluirse
