Primero de todo el personal. El trato, amabilidad y disponibilidad para ayudarte en lo que fuera, un 10. Instalaciones mas que correctas. Piscina y demás super No desayunamos ni comimos para poder valorar.

Pésima limpieza de la habitación. La pelusa y pelos demostraban que hacia semanas que no pasaban la aspiradora y fregona. El suelo del baño daba pena debajo del radiador e inodoro... Restos de comida podrida en la nevera... Reservamos para 4 personas y una de las camas no estaba equipada. Gracias a la recepción que nos lo pudo solucionar con unas sabanas y mantas. Queremos pensar que algo paso con este apartamento ya que no es lo que vivimos en 2018.

Le conviene una renovacion. El personal de recepcion no se enteraba de nada… mucha cola para el check in
