L'ubicació és genail. Hi ha una zona de wellnes que comunica: spa, gimnàs i zona infantil.

La neteja deixa molt que desitjar. Hem visitat l'hotel en temporada alta (18 gener) i els banys de recepció no es netejaven des de feia 3 dies (així constava al registre de neteja). Al peu del llit hi havia pèls i demés.. A l'interior de l'apartament disposes d'una escombra, la qual estava MOLT bruta i amb MOLTS pèls.

"Zoals soms de rotsen brokkelt ook de accommodatie wat af ."

Het appartement was zeer ruim. Er waren 2 badkamers met telkens een toilet en douche en waarvan 1 met ligbad. De hond was er ook welkom. Bij aankomst stond er een geschenkje voor de hond klaar

Voor alle faciliteiten beschikbaar moest er extra betaald worden: Parking, zwembad (waar badmuts verplicht is) , ... . Het appartement was ook wat afgeleefd. Qua Kookgerei was het zeer gering. Er waren geen wijnglazen. De Oven was eigenlijk een veredelde microgolf. Het hele gebouw zou eens wat opfrissing kunnen gebruiken. Van de 2 liften was er maar 1 die werkte en bovendien nog tergend traag.

Het appartement was verre van schoon, gelukkig waren de bedden oké en ook het sanitair redelijk. Het appartement was onvoldoende om echt te koken of langer te verblijven. Ook was de bovenverdieping absurt warm (terwijl het buiten rond 18 graden was), zonder enige ventilatie, waardoor twee van onze kinderen in de woonkamer op de slaapbank hebben moeten slapen. Dit beperkte ons erg in onze ruimte.
