Lion Bansko Hotel

Location was great, hotel looks way better in real life then on photos. Great rooms - staff was nice - overall really great experience. The breakfast was nice! beds were comfy and pool/sauna massage facilities all good.

The breakfast did not offer any non pork meat and Sauna was not hot enough. these two things dissapointed me.

Great hotel, less than 10 minutes walk to the Gondola but also has a shuttle bus running every 15 mins. Good spa area. Nice and clean. We had lovely mountain views from 4th floor.

Just be careful of slippery floor in spa area although they did clear it often. Lights in bedroom could have been a bit brighter but this was a minor thing for us.

The 2days we had very strong wind and in our room 619 the window was leting the wind in and the room was cold all day........

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, άνετο καθαρό πάρα πολύ καλό πρωινό. Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Τα δωμάτια ήταν ζεστά με θαλπωρή.

Το μόνο που θα πρέπει να προσέξουν είναι τα αγγλικά του προσωπικού. Παρόλο πολύ εξυπηρετικοί όλοι τους υπήρχε έλλειψη να καταλάβουν αγγλικά.
